Hi, I am Dr. Samina  , the creator of Your PCOS Planner (YPP)

Having been diagnosed with PCOS myself over 15 years ago, I have been where you are: confused, frustrated, and uncertain of what I needed to do to overcome my PCOS symptoms. I knew there had to be a better way to manage these symptoms.

So I took action. 

went from struggling with irregular cycles, abdominal weight gain, cystic acne, infertility and excessive hair growth to successfully managing my PCOS using natural evidenced-based strategies. I became so passionate about my own health that I have made it my life’s mission to use my extensive education, research and personal experience to not only helping myself but focusing my entire career around helping numerous women just like you.

Now I serve as an inspiration to other women facing challenges of PCOS by offering guidance and hope to those in search for a similar transformation.
