What I wish I was told when I was first diagnosed What I wish I was told when I was first diagnosed with PCOS. 

PCOS is so complex. I know first hand. 

Finding all the options and the right practitioner to help you is key. 

I hope this gives you a little bit of insight into my journey with PCOS and some encouragement to look at all of your options! 

I want to also clarify I say get better quicker at the end because if I would have just known at the very beginning that diet and lifestyle changes would have made a more significant impact for me I wouldn’t have suffered for so many years. 

Don’t get me wrong making the dietary and lifestyle changes were tough but I didn’t have to deal with any side effects of medications and the results have been so much more sustainable for me.
