Ingredients

Wild Atlantic Salmon
1
cup
quinoa
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
2
cups
green beans
1
tbsp
olive oil
dill to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add olive oil, dill and salt and pepper to salmon. Cook for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
In a pot, add 2 cups of water to one cup of quinoa. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Chop ends of green beans. Add to steamer basket. Boil water and steam for 7 minutes.
