Ingredients
  • 2 Wild Atlantic Salmon
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dill to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Add olive oil, dill and salt and pepper to salmon. Cook for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  3. In a pot, add 2 cups of water to one cup of quinoa. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Chop ends of green beans. Add to steamer basket. Boil water and steam for 7 minutes.
