Ingredients
  • 1cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2tbsp hemp hearts
  • toppings sliced almonds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts chopped
  • 1-2scoop collagen powder (10-20g of protein)
Instructions
  1. Add milk to the bowl.
  2. Slowly add collagen powder and whisk to combine into milk.
  3. Add chia and hemp to milk. Stir.
  4. Let it sit for at least 15-30 minutes. 1 hour will give you a thicker consistency.
  5. Top with nuts, seeds, fruit and enjoy!
