Ingredients
  • 3tbsp chia seed
  • 6tbsp milk (ie. almond, coconut, hemp)
  • 2tbsp ground flax seedmake sure to buy the flax seeds and grind them yourself to get the oils out!
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • your choice of fruit
Instructions
  1. Add all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Wait for 10 minutes. As you are waiting you can get some frozen berries and melt them in a pot over the stove!
  4. Enjoy!
