Quick and Easy Wild Salmon with Quinoa and Green beans
- 2 Wild Atlantic Salmon
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- dill to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Add olive oil, dill and salt and pepper to salmon. Cook for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- In a pot, add 2 cups of water to one cup of quinoa. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Chop ends of green beans. Add to steamer basket. Boil water and steam for 7 minutes.
