Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 pound minced beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce
  • guacamole/avocado
  • 1 lime

Spices

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in pan until brown.
  • Add spice mixture. Add a bit of water and simmer until water absorbs into the meat - about 5 minutes.
  • Chop tomatoes into cubes.
  • Wash cilantro and remove cilantro leaves from stems.
  • Create tacos - take a romaine leaf, add beef mixture, add tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, sprinkle of nutritional yeast and a squeeze of a lime.
