Protein Rich Seed Cereal
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- toppings sliced almonds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts chopped
- 1-2 scoop collagen powder (10-20g of protein)
- Add milk to the bowl.
- Slowly add collagen powder and whisk to combine into milk.
- Add chia and hemp to milk. Stir.
- Let it sit for at least 15-30 minutes. 1 hour will give you a thicker consistency.
- Top with nuts, seeds, fruit and enjoy!
