  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • toppings sliced almonds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts chopped
  • 1-2 scoop collagen powder (10-20g of protein)


  • Add milk to the bowl.
  • Slowly add collagen powder and whisk to combine into milk.
  • Add chia and hemp to milk. Stir.
  • Let it sit for at least 15-30 minutes. 1 hour will give you a thicker consistency.
  • Top with nuts, seeds, fruit and enjoy!
