Paleo Spaghetti Squash and Meat Sauce
- 1 bottle tomato sauce
- 0.5-1 pound hormone free/grass fed beef
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 1 spaghetti squash
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the meat and add some salt and pepper to a pan.
- Add tomato sauce to the cooked meat.
- Add 1-2 bay leaves
- Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours
- Bake (400 degrees for 40 mins) or microwave (7 mins) the spaghetti squash
- Sprinkle some nutritional yeast over the top and serve!
