  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful your choice of fruit *mangos, strawberries, blueberries
  • 1 tbsp healthy oil *avocado, coconut oil


  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
