Chia seed cereal is loaded with protein! 3 tbsp has 9 grams of protein and is loaded with soluble fibre. It is also a healthy source of omega 3 fatty acids and works as a prebiotic to support your gut!

Chia Seed Cereal

BREAKFAST: Quick Chia Seed Cereal

  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 6 tbsp milk (ie. almond, coconut, hemp)
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed make sure to buy the flax seeds and grind them yourself to get the oils out!
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • your choice of fruit


  • Add all dry ingredients together.
  • Add milk.
  • Wait for 10 minutes. As you are waiting you can get some frozen berries and melt them in a pot over the stove!
  • Enjoy!
