BREAKFAST: Quick Chia Seed Cereal
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- 6 tbsp milk (ie. almond, coconut, hemp)
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed make sure to buy the flax seeds and grind them yourself to get the oils out!
- pinch of cinnamon
- your choice of fruit
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients together.
- Add milk.
- Wait for 10 minutes. As you are waiting you can get some frozen berries and melt them in a pot over the stove!
- Enjoy!
